 Assalam Alaikum My name is Zia tabarak and I want to tell you all that it's been almost 3 months since I enjoyed street food and went out and that's because of the pandemic as you all know we should follow social distancing rules and stay safe but the situation in Pakistan is getting better, restaurants are opening up for takeaway and delivery though dine in is still closed but the situations have improved nonetheless which is why today I'm going to Shadman town, Karachi where an amazing small restaurant has opened up called Karachiwala, whose BBQ items... are delicious, especially their Gola kababs... Bihari kababs, Malai Boti and... Spicy Chicken Boti, but their most unique dish is their Dhaga Bun Kabab! Yes! We have heard of Bun Kebab but it's... the first time I've heard of Dhaga Bun Kebab and I haven't tried it either so let's not waste any time and... go to Shadman Town,

Everything's good by the grace of God and here we have 'Karachiwala' and Karachi Wala's speciality the Dhaga Bun Kebab has become the talk of the town and today we've come to try that during lockdown and I can see they're wearing masks and SOPs are being followed So how did the name Karachiwala come about? Well, we are natives of Karachi so we didn't have any name that was better than this - Karachiwala So, I have eaten Dhaga Kababs, but... Never had a dhaga bun kebab, a friend of mine did and he told me to try your Dhaga Bun Kabab Yes, you should definitely try and let us know what your experience was Our Dhaga Bun Kababs are oil free unlike... normal bun kebabs which are loaded with oil it's cooked on grill so it has minimal oil and the kebabs are wrapped with a thread (dhaga) and then we spread our sauces over the bun after which it is grilled again What kind of kebabs are these?

 these are dhaga kababs which are being prepared after which they'll put a thread on them and this is their speciality the dhaga kababs whose bun kababs we're gonna have soon! Ok so what if we don't use thread and just put the meat on the rods? Then it will fall! Because the meat is so tender that it won't be able to hold itself which is why the thread is necessary because we need the kebabs in shape too I'll show you how to put on the thread Amazing! So now this thread has been wrapped around the minced meat and this way the meat holds it's shape and doesnt fall... apart, because this meat is very tender because of all the spices and stuff so what's its recipe?
