Wanna say something to Najma? Aslam says I love you! Assalam-u-Alaikum, I'm Zia Tabarak We're headed for breakfast in Hyderabad Hyberabadi Dulhan Parathas are very famous for being unique! Apart from that there's Haji Rabri, also pretty famous And we'll explore other things there too! Then we'll head for other cities to explore too! So stick around because many videos are coming soon! But for now let's check out Hyderabad. Chalain! (let's go!) So we're in the old and narrow streets of Shahi Bazar

Where the sellers of the Dulhan Paratha, Cafe Afzal, are. Due to Friday the market's closed, but it'll reopen come afternoon. A lot of old windows and facades, looks really good! We're at Afzal's, quite the environment here! Apart from parathas they make halwa puri too, let's check what's up! It's early morning right now and this place is packed already Is there a special way of making these? So how is it made?

Dulhan Paratha

With milk, cornflour and butter Parathas go through four hands before getting fried Salam brother! How's it going? What's your name? Muhammad Faisal! What's the secret in your parthas? The recipe is by my father, with herbs, its our secret spice It also has shredded boiled chicken, minced chicken Has garlic, beetroot, cashews, lemons Even strawberries as it's winter You won't find it anywhere else in Pakistan For how long have you been in business? 50 years! Really vibrant atmosphere,

they're cooking over there And there's a school here, Niazi Grammar School Address is Sarasvati Line, Resham Bazar, Hyderabad Just look at the vintage architecture and facades here! What's the price of these parathas? Between 250/= and 350/ And the difference? Of the material, the 350 one has two legs People travel from afar to try these! What time do you start? 7 AM to 2 PM Puris are 20/, Halwa with sliced almonds 100/ Ok but why is it called dulhan (bride) paratha? The day after a couple gets married, their first breakfast is bought here! So the bride's family takes these parathas with them for her They slice it in four and add minced chicken in Then four more slices and the herb spice is sprinkled Next comes in a layer of sliced and boiled eggs He's telling me to talk about Najma! Who's Najma? My wife!! Then comes in the shredded chicken and beetroots Then comes the lemon and the strawberry Next up is the chicken leg And finally, a garnish of almonds and pistachios Aslam! Pull the mask down, Najma's gotta see you! One special paratha for us! Alright, have a seat! And we're ready! And this is our special paratha!

Thank you Aslam! Look at this, crispy on the top, minced meat inside And quite a lot of garnishing on the top! Let's taste it! WOW! Tastes really good, especially the herb spice Tastes somewhat like samosas with that qeema filling But the real deal is the herb spice! Let's try it with the eggs and butter now! Fried chicken tastes delicious! Check this garnishing here, loaded with quite a lot This is the 350/ paratha, It already has minced chicken Let's add some more chicken, some cashews, egg and strawberry Tried it with chickpeas as well, the paratha itself is awesome But the real deal is the herb spice, sprinkled Fried chicken too has the same spice, awesome flavor

Every bite has a different flavor, crisp and unique One paratha is too much for one person But if you can eat one whole serving, then kudos to you! Aslam, wanna say anything to Najma, she'll hear it! Najma, Aslam says I love you! So we're headed for Haji Rabri as its close-by To try their rabri, so let's try Hyderabadi rabri (chalain!)
