we'll visit Muhammadi Sweets in Liaquatabad It's the oldest bakery in that area We'll check out how they make their amazing sweets Right now there's lockdown in Pakistan and this Eid won't be the same as before but we'll still go around and see what's happening A lot of people have passed away in the previous year due to COVID and there are a lot of needy people as well and we should try to remember all of them in our prayers I pray that this COVID pandemic ends soon so we can celebrate these events properly again For now, let's go inside Asif Rabri House and see how their Rabri is being made Chalain! (Let's Go!) Your demand must've increased right now Yes it has.

 Last Iftari aur Chand Raat

People tend to buy this more on Eid rather than sweets And you make it in large quantities on Eid? Yes obviously, and even after that we can't fulfill our demand So is it being prepared right now? Yeah we make it fresh every day Can I take a look at it? Yeah sure Just check this out All of these are ready. and those right there are the Karahi's Asif how old is this shop? My father started this place in 1987, so it's been 34-35 years It's really hot in here because of all these stoves and it's a really challenging thing to work here So how is this Rabri made? We just cook the milk . keep separating its top layer and we keep adding sugar in it How's that top layer made in milk? As it cooks we keep separating this thin layer on the side Where do you buy this milk from? We get it from our own cattle farms.

It doesn't have any additives This process of making Rabri looks very simple but it's very time consuming The milk's being cooked It's almost Iftar time . the gas pressure falls down a bit so it'll take some time and we have to visit Muhammadi Sweets as well to check out there Iftar items So we'll move towards Muhammadi Sweets now . what's happening there We're in Liaquatabad now and behind me is Muhammadi Sweets Their building looks great Their sweets, snacks, Iftar items everything is just amazing Let's go inside . check them out Iftar is about to happen . today's last Iftari so most of the items are sold right now 10 minutes are left in Iftar .the vibe is amazing here Our Iftari has been setup I'm breaking my last fast on Muhammadi Sweets We have so many of Muhammadi Sweets' items on this table Fruit Chat, Dahi Baray.
