Extreme Desert Life | Mud House | Primitive Life | Cholistan Desert

It was a Friday And the heat had subsided due to the clouds. It was a good time to make a video  Because fasting makes it difficult to get out in the heat At one o'clock in the afternoon, I left Bahawalpur for the desert Cholistan After traveling about 30 km, we were in the city of Yazman I offered Friday prayer there At about 3 o'clock we left Yazman We were on our way to Channan Pir from Head Rajkan Road From Channan Pir, one road turns towards 94/DB while the other road goes straight towards the desert.

Extreme Desert Life | Mud House

Continuing my journey on the same road, at a distance of about one kilometer, this paved road turned towards 95/DB. And the rough road to the desert began. From here the desolation began These camels are grazing without a shepherd In the desert people leave their animals, camels and cows, which go for miles to graze. And for many months they graze alone without a shepherd They drink water themselves from wells situated in the desert Their owners do not even know where their animals are roaming After several months, the animals are usually collected before the cold.

Some people travel around the area to collect the animals. As a sign, these animals are marked with a special kind of hot iron stamp and numbered so that they can be identified. The standing water showed that it had rained recently When I left home, I had no idea because there was no rain in Bahawalpur in these days There is a place in the desert here called "Nasso wala Toba". Make a program to go to it so that you can see the desert from inside. The road to toba (rain water pound) was flooded so we could not go there. Asking a local, he said that all the roads are closed.

But there is another way that is not a proper way but can be travel on it We turned our bike on that way Toba refers to wells in the desert from which animals drink water. And often animals and humans are seen drinking water from the same place as I have shown you in my first few videos.

These ponds collect rainwater We had come a long way and we couldn't see anything in the distance. There was rain water everywhere and the sun was about to set We were very worried, the mobile network was gone and the map was closed Here we saw some foxes and camels. We were badly trapped and didn't remember the way back because we didn't come all the way. Rainwater was visible everywhere We had a sketch of the map in mind so we wouldn't get lost And that was that with the help of the sun we could estimate the direction ie east, west, north and south.

On four to five kilometers away toward east side from our location, that was the dirt road where we came from. 10 km away on the north side, that was the road which goes toward Chak 95/DB About 30 km away on our west side was the "Derawar Fort" On the south side, more than 100 km is desert Now the east and north direction may be right for us.

You can see it is like a canal but this is a track. It is flooded due to rain so it is a big problem for us. Then we came from another side Once or twice in the middle we got so bad that there was water all around The plan was that if we intend to return from somewhere And we do not know the way, but if we start traveling in one direction from the east and the north, we can reach a road sooner. Before we disappointed, we saw some trees and a house in the distance which could be our destination. When I saw a building, I saw hope.Let's see what's going on here. I feel like we're very close to our destination May Allah guide us to our destination with good health.

Amen This journey with fasting was proving difficult for us This was a kind of rest house When we reached there, we found that someone has set up rest house with "nasso wala toba" You can see in front of it how beautiful mud house is built Most of the houses in the desert are made raw so that the temperature inside them stays low When the deserts get very hot in the summer, they are made rough to keep the house temperature low. And they are covered with "Khepp" "Khepp" are usually desert plants that are dried and placed on top of mud houses to keep their temperature low.

Here is air vents in this mud house This beautiful mud house is designed for guests and has some beds inside The temperature here is lower than outside. Most of the desert does not have electricity, solar panels are used to generate electricity The servants at the rest house welcomed us and asked for food. We were fasting, so they told us to rest But we wanted to reach Bahawalpur before evening so we gave up our intention to rest It was found that this rest house built by a man named Abdul Khaliq Gil Which has kept many animals in the desert here If a passenger passes through here, he is given free food and accommodation This is a very good initiative of these people.May Allah reward them.
