Assalam o Alaikum. In new episode of Grip on Trip, I am going to Galiyat. We will visit Pipeline track of Dunga Gali in Galiyat. Pipeline track is very famous and easy track. It is so moderate that anyone can do it. I will set off from Abottabad.  Nathiagali is 35km away and we will reach Dunga Gali after 4km. Nathia Gali is in almost in the center of Abottabad and Murree. The forecast tells us of rain but we will go. We will travel on Murree road which is very beautiful. It will turn more beautiful in rain. Stay with me. Let's experience Dunga Gali. I will reach from Abbotabad to Nathia Gali. Then I will travel 4 more km to reach Dunga Gali. I can reach Murree if I travel 30km more on this road. This track is 4km and it was built in British Era. The purpose was to provide water to British army. That is why it is called Pipeline track. It ends in Ayubia National Park. You will reach on its starting point at Murree road. If you want to enjoy the beauty of this road, I will suggest you to travel from Abottabad side. You should travel in summer to enjoy its greenery. There are a lot of leopards on Murree road and its adjacent areas. It is often found on this road in winter.

Murree Nathiya Gali Tour

Government has strictly banned its hunt. I planned and started my journey at 7am to avoid traffic rush and enjoy all the scenes on this road. It's summer and rains are heavy. Greenery has conquered all. I am traveling in a vehicle. The bikers will definitely enjoy more on this road. The road is excellent but ascend is steep so check your your vehicles brakes and water before you leave. I will take breakfast and then start my track. We have finished our breakfast. The hotel was good and rates were fine. Here's the picture of the bill. There were visiting cards which included hotels, portrs, jeeps and all other necessities which you may need. You can stop and read to pre-book through them. My Pipeline track is starting from Dunga Gali. This 4km track will take us to Ayubia. It will end there. It is drizzling at the moment. The most important think for tracking is umbrella. It rains a lot here in summer. I have a water bottle, some snacks and drone are in the bag. I will fly it when rain stops. Let's go. Important instruction are there on this board. They have given coordinates of all three tracks of Galiyat: Pipeline, Mushkpuri and Miranjani with maps. Do's and don'ts are also there. You must not feed animals. Do not make a noise, no horse riding,

Ticket is PKR 20 for adult, 500 for foreigner and 10 for child. This is the entry fees of this track. The information about this area's flora and fauna has been given in detail. Flora means fruits, flowers and trees of this area. Fauna means animals of this area. Visibility is very low. Clouds have covered the whole track and this mountain. It is mysterious and beautiful scene. You can imagine the quietness from my voice. Here comes the gate of Pipeline track, I guess. You may be lucky to see a flying squirrel. Flying squirrel is also found in Ayubia National park. It becomes active at night but you can hear their sound during day time. There are a lot of pine trees which is national tree of Pakistan, as they have written there. Hindus worship this tree as well. In Sanskrit, it means 'wood of gods.'

So there a lot of these trees in this park. They have provided emergency numbers as well. If you encounter some animal or face some other emergency situation, God forbid, you can get help. We have covered one km of our track. We reached here without any difficulty. They have given each and every detail. There are dustbins, emergency numbers, benefits of trees, types of animals, resting spots. It is a very good track. You can do it with family as well. No issue at all. It is good luck and bad luck that it is raining and I cannot fly drone but we are enjoying a lot and 3km track is left behind. It was a difficult decision to fly drone in rain but the locals made it easy by telling that it is banned here so, it was called back. We have stopped at a resting spot after 2km. It is continually raining but it is so beautiful Mashallah. The weather has turned romantic due to rain. Usually there are people on this track.
