History Of Pakistan In English Pak Wap

Even though Pakistan has been an independent nation for a little over years, its history actually stretches back years. The Indian subcontinent which includes modern day Pakistan was once home to some of the largest

and most powerful civilizations in the world. First there was the Indus Valley civilization which had complex urban planning and water systems. A massive trade network and tools made from copper. Then there was the vedic civilization which laid the foundation for the language of Sanskrit and even wrote the Hindu texts.

Real History Of Pakistan

The civilization started and spread the religions of Buddhism, Hinduism and Sikhism but in the early seventh century missionaries from Islamic territories arrived from the west and converted many of the people and now Pakistan to Islam. Islam became a mighty force in the subcontinent and that led to some incredibly powerful Muslim empires emerging and taking control of the region in the coming centuries.

I cannot list all of them too because there were quite a few but let's just skip to the most notable one. The largest and most influential of these empires for Pakistan was Mukhul Empire who took power in and ruled for more than three centuries. The Mukhuls are not remembered fondly in India because of their violent persecution of Hindus and other non Muslims but they are very fondly remembered in Pakistan

because they treated the Muslims of the subcontinent extremely well. For most of their existence, the Mukhuls enjoyed great economic prosperity and they were advocates of art, culture, language and architecture so much so that they even construct the Mahal. However, the prosperity of the Muggles

didn't last forever and they were eventually taking over by the Hindu Maratha empire. But that wasn't the last any new empire would take over to guess who showed up next. Yes, the British. The British arrived in the th century and formed the East India company which eventually became the largest and most powerful company the world had ever seen. The company was so influential that they even had their

own army of as many as , soldiers. Over the next two centuries, the company and eventually the government slowly took control of the subcontinent bit by bit weakening the Maratha empire until finally in they took complete control of the areas of modern day Pakistan, Bangladesh and India.

British rule was pretty much universally hated by the people of the subcontinent and there were many unsuccessful uprisings to try and drive out the British Raj. During this time an incredibly strong Muslim identity developed in Pakistan as the British encourage conflict between the Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs in order keep them fighting

among themselves. Even though that it was obviously a horrible thing to do but this strategy worked because if all the people are fighting among themselves, they cannot actually unite and be strong enough to kick out the invader. Because the conflicts between religions were getting worse in nineteen oh six,

a political party called the all India Muslim League was created in order to protect the interests of all Muslims living in British India. Not too long after the party was created, Mohammed Alijina became the leader of the party and his friend Mohammed Iqbal was the first to suggest that the Muslims of India should have their own separate nation.

There was a lot of support for this idea from Muslims who saw it as a way for the violence against their people to stop and to finally live in a country where they were the majority. Many Hindus and Sikhs opposed dividing India and that created even more tension between the religions. Despite opposition when Britain seeded control of the subcontinent on August th the next day India

split into three and West Pakistan and East Pakistan were created. I bet that quite a few of you didn't actually know that at the very beginning, there were two Pakistans. From its creation, Pakistan had more than its fair share of problems right after the divide. There were still many Muslims living in India and Hindus and Sikhs living in Pakistan. These groups all faced horrible violence during that time of transition.

History Of Pakistan Extra History

Things got so bad for the religious minorities that India and Pakistan agreed to a mandatory population exchange and more than million people were forced to leave every behind and move across the border. Unfortunately they met even more violence on their journeys as mobs of people carried

out riots and faith-based killings. It's estimated that as many as two million people actually died as they try to reach their new country. Man actually feel so incredibly sad for all the millions of people who who passed away simply because they were trying to move the border and you know go to their new home and and live peacefully

it was such a sad event. Unfortunately the problems didn't stop there. Soon Pakistan and India went to war over a northern state called Kashmir which had a majority Muslim population but a Hindu leader who wanted to remain neutral in the divide in order to gain their own independence. That didn't work out and eventually a war broke out between Pakistan and India with both countries wanting to control Kashmir.

It was a fierce fight that caught thousands of people killed and many many more wounded. The conflict only ended in because the United Nations stepped in to help create a sea fire agreement and divide up the land well both sides agree to the ceasefire neither was actually happening there have been major conflicts in the region even as recently as yeah I was actually motorbiking all across India in when the last major conflict happened and it was a very scary thing I mean both
